Within the scope of social issues the Pro Futuro Europae Institute realises programmes directed to young people, including non-formal education activities and campaigns on civic rights. In the future cultural programmes will be developed as well.

"Youth Policy challenges in enlarged European Union" - Multi-measure project
The European Institute Pro Futuro Europae is submitting two project proposals for the EU Youth in Action Programme for the deadline 1st of September 2007. European Citizenship Through Active Youth Participation, 2007
The European Institute logo_training_coursePro Futuro Europae organised a training course on "European Citizenship Through Active Youth Participation". Partners participating in the project came from the following countries: Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Germany, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Poland, This event was held from 8-15 March 2007 in Cracow, Poland.

International Conference on National Youth Policy, Vienna, 2006
Piotr Uhma, President of the Pro Futuro Institute participated in the International Conference on National Youth Policy organized by the International Council on National Youth Policy where he keeps serving as the Vice Chairperson. The event was held in Vienna, Austria from 11-14 December 2006 and was hosted by the Austrian Federal Ministry of Social Security, Generations and Consumer Protection and the Young European Federalists, Austria.

European Seminar - Berlin, Germany, October 2006
"Europe is our business - everybody can contribute!". This is the general message of a 6 day seminar in Berlin. Its aim is to enable youth workers to provide professional support for youth activities in the field of "active Citizenship". Participants will gain experience on two different levels: practical and theoretical. In seven steps they will develop concrete project ideas emerging from a brainstorming in the beginning to concrete action plans. This international seminar is another step forward in the enhancement of mutual relations between partner organisations.

International Seminar - Larnaca, Cyprus, September 2006
In September 2006 an international seminar on nature and environment was held in Larnaca, Cyprus. The aim of the project was to acquaint and bring closer young people to the nature and environment below the surface of the sea. Five representatives of the Pro Futuro Europae Institute participated in this event.

Contact Making Seminar - Szczyrk, Poland, March, 2006
The Pro Futuro Europae Institute organized a contact making seminar for foreign partners interested in co-operation on social projects and actions directed to youth. This seminar took place in March 2006 in Szczyrk, southern Poland and its main objective was to elaborate innovative projects in the field of human rights, including the establishment of the Pro Futuro Europae Human Rights Academy. The representatives of a dozen of EU and non-EU countries participated in this event.
